Dell Latitude D610 Docking Station saves you from the need to unplug and re-plug peripherals each time you take away your laptop or return to your desk.

Port replicator is a stationary device located on your desk. You can connect it to a mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer and other devices. After that you won’t have to connect or disconnect these devices. Just connect the laptop to the port replicator and you're ready to go.

Port replicator significantly improves your mobility since you receive instant access to 15 different extension ports:

RJ-11 modem connector	Connects a telephone line
RJ-45 network connector	Connects a network interface cable
S-video connector	Connects a television or devices such as camera or VCR

We recommend you to purchase D/View Stand or Monitor Stand along with the Port replicator.

D/View Stand allows you to place your notebook on a comfortable height and relieves you from the need of purchasing an additional monitor.

But if you already use an external monitor, think of purchasing D-Family Monitor stand. This cheap device can significantly save work space thanks to compact arrangement of peripheral devices.
